Chocolate cake
Ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 135g sugar
- 45g flour
- 100g butter
- 100g chocolate
Process :
1. Mix eggs, flour and sugar during 10 minutes (with hand mixer)
2. In a pan, put chocolate and butter and melt them (low fire)
3. Mix 1 and 2 together
4. Put everything in a cake mold (22cm diameter). Inside the mold it's important to put butter to avoid chocolate stick on it.
5. Then cook it
Advice if you want soft chocolate inside the cake :
