I got a outlook error message as below:

Canot start microsoft office outlook. cannot open the outlook window.

the set of folderscannot be opened. the file:c:\document--\--\--\outlook.pst is in use and cannot be accessed. close any application that's using this file, and then try again. you might need to restart your computer. Please help.
