How to fix ntdll.dll error in Windows 7 with office2007

a new windows 7 on my system, it doesn't work fine.

Whenever I run multiple application it hangs and explorer.exe crashes through ntdll.dll which requires a reboot to get explorer back."

sometime it happen when use IE,Office 2007.
